She has also worked closely on labour relations, union negotiations, and governance initiatives, supporting organisations in maintaining strong compliance and structured HR practices.<\/p>\n

Our Consultant is experienced in areas such as strategic change management, talent retention, policy development, and employee engagement. She has supported organisations in strengthening leadership structures, improving employee experience, and managing organisational transitions.<\/p>\n

She later moved into the metal recycling industry, where she is currently involved in the leadership and development of a family-run business. Her work focuses on strengthening internal systems, organising operational processes and supporting sustainable long-term growth.<\/p>\n

\nOur Consultant holds an MBA in Finance (Distinction) from Coventry University and a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance from Sunway University.
