Operations Consultant
Our Consultant is a legally trained professional with experience in conveyancing and business operations. She began her career handling property transactions and legal documentation, where she gained practical exposure to structured processes, compliance, and documentation management.
Our Consultant also has experience on business development and group operations. In her role, she supports growth initiatives and contributes to coordinating projects and improving operational workflows across the organisation.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Multimedia University and an MBA in Finance (Distinction) from Coventry University. She brings a practical combination of legal, financial, and operational understanding, with a hands-on approach to supporting business development and structured growth.
HR Consultant
Our Consultant is a Strategic HR Consultant with over two decades of experience supporting organisations across the APAC and EMEA regions. Her work focuses on aligning people strategy with business objectives and helping organisations navigate change.
Throughout her career in the manufacturing, banking, and global business services sectors, she has been involved in organisational restructuring, workforce planning, and cultural transformation initiatives. She has also worked closely on labour relations, union negotiations, and governance initiatives, supporting organisations in maintaining strong compliance and structured HR practices.
Our Consultant is experienced in areas such as strategic change management, talent retention, policy development, and employee engagement. She has supported organisations in strengthening leadership structures, improving employee experience, and managing organisational transitions.
She holds an MBA in Global Business and is a Certified Strategic HR Business Partner (SHRBP). Her approach is practical, structured, and people-focused.
Finance Consultant
Our Consultant has a background in finance, operations, and business management with experience supporting both corporate and SME environments.
She began her career in investment banking, working with global clients in areas such as trade processing, cash management, settlements and corporate actions. This experience provided exposure to structured financial operations, process accuracy, and operational control.
She later moved into the metal recycling industry, where she is currently involved in the leadership and development of a family-run business. Her work focuses on strengthening internal systems, organising operational processes and supporting sustainable long-term growth.
Our Consultant holds an MBA in Finance (Distinction) from Coventry University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance from Sunway University. She is particularly interested in supporting SMEs in building stronger business systems, improving operational structure and developing clearer financial processes.
